Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any item that is not "custom". If an item has been engraved or altered as a result of a customer request, that is considered a custom order and cannot be returned, refunded or credited, due to the custom nature of the product.
You must send your return within 30 days. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be received in the same condition as it was when shipped to you.
If the item is not in the same condition as it was when shipped, we reserve the right to offer a partial or discounted refund based on the condition and/or depreciation of the item. If an item is received and it is no longer suitable for resell, we will not be able to issue a refund or store credit.
If you wish to return your purchase, please do the following:
1. Contact us at contact@theblankplank.com to inform us that you are sending a return. This way we can be sure to be on the look out for a package from the post office.
2. Be on the lookout for an email confirmation from us when we receive your return package. We will only issue a refund after the item has been received by us.
3. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to show up on your billing method.
REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer refunds. In the event you make a mistake in your correspondance with us while requesting a custom order, such as a spelling error, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund, due to the custom nature of the order. If a mistake is made on our end, we will gladly issue you a refund, minus shipping costs. -- It is important that you double check all spelling before submitting your information for custom engraving orders. --
