How much does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped via USPS. The shipping rate varies with the location being sent.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10-14 business days for delivery. All pre-orders ship in 6-8 weeks.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
No. No refunds. No exchanges. All sales are final.
I do not live in the United States. Can I order online?
Yes.
Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
For security reasons. You must use your credit card and your address. Unless in the United States.
I placed an order but why didn't I receive my confirmation email yet?
Good question. Email submissions@theblankplank.com and we'll do our best to get it sorted.
What happens if I want something that is sold out?
You have choose something else. Once an artwork is sold out it does not go on sale again. Or Check Ebay!
Can I be an artist on Blank Plank? My shit is amazing....
